Super Eagles defender, Chidozie Awaziem has been handed a recall into the Super Eagles squad for a competitive game (asides friendlies) after missing out on the last assignment.
Coach of the team, Jose Peseiro extended an invite to the 26 year old, as Nigeria prepares to take on Lesotho and Zimbabwe in a few days time.
Awaziem was in Peseiro’s squad for the friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.
He is now set to get his 30th cap and perhaps, a 31st, if he features in both games for the 1994 AFCON winner.
