For the second match of the FIFA World Cup Playoff between Nigeria and Ghana, the Federal Government of Nigeria has set up a committee to oversee the logistics of the match.
This was done, through the Ministry of Sports, for the successful hosting of the second leg match against Black stars of Ghana.
Under the watchful eyes of the Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare, the Nigerian government set up the committee, so as to ensure Super Eagles triumph over the Ghanaian Team, at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium Abuja on March 29, 2022.
Malam Shehu Dikko, the Chairman, League Management Company (LMC), is the Chairman of the Committee while other Member are: NFF Deputy Secretary General, Dr. Ikpeme, Mary Onyali, Engr. Usman yabo, Representative of FCT Minister, Representative of NCDC, media Aide to the Honourable Minister of youth and sports Development kola Daniel, Deputy Director FEAD, Mrs Okpara, as the Secretary of the Committee.
The first leg of the playoff will hold on 25th March, in Ghana, while the second leg will take place four days after.
The winner of the two legged matches will, with other four African Nations, be representing the African continent, at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
