Chairman technical committee of the Lagos football association, Mr Dotun Coker has stated that members of the local organising committee for the Dr. Aisha Buhari Invitational Women’s Tournament (Aisha Buhari Cup) have checked out the facilities for the tournament and ascertained the pace of work at the venues.
Dotun Coker assured that the LOC is working round the clock to ensure its readiness to host matches of the maiden edition of the Aisha Buhari Cup.
"The Mobolaji Johnson Arena is ready same with the Soccer Temples in Agege, we will put finishing touches to other areas that needs attention".
He confirmed to www.ckdmedia.ng that renovation work at the Agege Stadium is done.
"We believe that both venues will be ready and all-good-to-go for the tournament,”
He thank the Governor of Lagos state, Sanwo-Olu and the entire Lagos State Government for the accelerated pace of work at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena and at the Agege Stadium.
