It was a night for two Nigerians as Ademola Lukman and Kelechi Iheanacho put their names in the score sheet as Leicester City trash Millwal in the caraboa cup on Wednesday.
Lukman scored first in the 50th minute while Iheanacho added the icing on the cake in the 88th minute to send Leicester city into the next round of the Carabao cup.
Interestingly, the two players were paired upfront by coach Brendan Rodgers and both justified their inclusion with clinical goals.
Kelechi iheanacho was voted player with best overseas performance by the NFF at the NFF/Aiteo Awards held at the Eko hotel two days ago.
