The atmosphere was electrifying, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, were the duo of Olufemi Alabi and Tajudeen Agunbiade won the Quarter Finals to progressed to the Semi Finals of the men's Table Tennis of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Games.
They won their USA opponent by 2 sets to 1. They actually showcased resilience and purpose, right from the commencement of the proceedings.
Although, their qualification to the Semi Finals has guaranteed the Team Nigeria bronze medals, but they are bent on hauling gold, worst still a silver, even as they face their Australian counterparts on September 1st this week.
