Ex Super Eagles international, Emmanuel Amunike has urged sports stakeholders to keep supporting the initiatives put together by the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports, Sunday Dare.
The former under 17 world cup wining coach stated that he is aware of the efforts of the Honourable Sunday Dare in ensuring all the nation's sports facilities are upgraded.
"I am aware of the work going on at the National stadium in Surulere Lagos and I heard that the Daura mini-stadium is completed for grassroots sports development".
The former Africa footballer of the year summated that the upgrading and building of sports facilities will enhance development in the sports sector.
"The Moshood Abiola stadium too is close to completion and all this will add up to the success story we all crave for".
Amunike, a former Barcelona star, pleaded with sports stakeholders to keep supporting the beautiful dream of the honourable minister because he is changing the narratives in sports.
"I have listened to him (Sunday Dare) on numerous times and I am convinced he is truly on the right track."
