Awoniyi was voted ‘Man of the Match’ in 1-1 draw between Nottingham Forest Vs Chelsea.
It was a match where Nigerian International, Taiwo Awoniyi gave his all with attacking foray and power playing that put the defence line of Chelsea on thier toes for 88 minutes that he was on the field of play.
It was a match that Super Eagles coach was in attendance and showered encomium on the Eagles player about his performance that gave him Man of the match award.
Awoniyi who presently has three goals in fifteen appearances got a rousing applause from Nottingham Forest fans as he went off the pitch after being substituted.
