Honourable Minister for Sports and Youth Development, Sunday Dare today received his south African counterpart, Ms Maite Nkoane Mashabene to the Ministry on a courtesy visit in Abuja.
Welcoming the visiting Minister to the Nigeria, Sunday Dare, thanked the Government of South Africa for its usual support which was originally formalized from 1994 when Nigeria galvanized support for
South Africa anti-apartheid movement.
Dare pinpointed both country's has contributed in large numbers to Africa GDP with the Mandiba nation ($415) trailing the Giant of Africa ($418) in 2021.
While highlighting the relationship which has been strengthen over years through establishment of bilateral trade, jointly combating youth restiveness, youth legislation policies, enterprenuarship/marketing development, Technology, Special education, Mobility aids, Dare hammers on facilitation of exchange programs to observe each other's notable national/international historic event amongst other socio/economic values and development.
He assured the South African delegate of Nigeria support with exchange programs including seminars and workshop for capacity building on conflict resolution while concluding by restating both nations meticulousness and precision to give agreement the requisite verve for the benefit of the teeming youths as he wished them a splendid stay in Nigeria.
