Promise Delivered! Wild Jubilations as Promise David's Goal Fires Valletta to F.A Trophy Final

Nigerian-born wonderkid, Promise David signed, sealed and delivered a ticket to the F.A Trophy Cup final for his side Valletta, after his goal helped them cruise to a 1-0 win at the National Stadium, Ta'Qali, Malta.

The 20 year old decided an entertaining semi-final clash in the 60th minute, after his towering header gave the Lily Whites the lead against Santa Lucia.

In what was an entertaining and keenly-contested bout, both sides created good scoring chances but the defences was not breached. It was David's goal that edged the game for his side.

Valletta will face either Floriana or Hebernians in the final showpiece on Sunday, as the season enters the home stretch.
