Nigeria Striker, Victor Osimhen has returned to training and could be back in action this week as he has recovered more quickly than expected from a face injury suffered against Inter Milan on November 21.
The Napoli Forward had been earlier ruled out for three months but the latest development suggested that the striker should be readily available for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations billed for Cameroun.
On Thursday, he was pictured in training ahead of Napoli's Europa league clash against Leicester, having missed four games.
His return will be a major boost for the Super Eagles of Nigeria ahead of the World cup playoffs.
