As messages and thoughts continue to trail invited players for the next national team assignment, Abia Warriors coach, Imama Amapakabo has expressed delight with the call up of Enyimba's goalie, Ojo Olorunleke.
Imama posited thus, “Ojo's invitation is like the cry of a baby. I have seen his growth over the years and as an ex goalkeeper myself, I understand the key performance indexes for goalkeepers. Ojo has been one of the best in the league. I have worked closely with him and I know his abilities".
Imama, who was part of Nigeria's all-conquering Kodak U16 World Cup, applauded the decision to include NPFL based players in the list for the Mexico and Ecuador international friendlies, saying it would spur the league.
He concluded by taxing Ojo and others invited to justify their inclusion and make the league proud by their performances, when given the opportunity.
