It's been an historical 10 day events in different sporting activities with winners and losers but ultimately everyone is a winner.
The Honourable Minister of Sports and youth Development, Chief Sunday Akin Dare, at the closing ceremony appreciated all states contingents.
The minister congratulated 'Team Delta' for the historic defence of the title they won in Edo 2021.
He urged other states to keep catching up if possible dethrone Team Delta in the next festival to be held in 'OGUN STATE' in 2024.
The runners up to be on standby is Oyo state incase the main host will not be ready in the next one year.
He wished all contingents safe journey back home as he hopes to see all athletes in Ogun 2024.
