Chukwuemeka Obioma of Enyimba Int’l of Aba on Sunday, made history by becoming the first striker in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season, to score 10 goals.
Going into Sunday's encounter with Plateau United, in Aba, Obioma had 9 goals and led the scorers chat. He then scored one of the goals in the 2-1 win over visiting Plateau United in Aba, to take the People's Elephant from 5th to 3rd in the Group A table.
The former Abia Warriors Talisman, will hope to increase tally, with five matches remaining in the regular season, which precedes the Super Six for him to be crowned highest goal scorer of the season.
