All six teams that have qualified to play in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Super Six, have been told to be in Lagos latest June 1st, 2023 for the Season ending tournament.
According to the itinerary released by the Interim Management Committee (IMC), the Chief Operating Officer of the NPFL, Davison Owunmi is also expected in Lagos, along with his staff and members of the organizing team same day.
Ckdmedia.ng authoritatively gathered that the Nigeria Football Federation Referees Commiittee have already listed eight elite Referees and Assistant Referees to officiate all the games - three daily.
While congratulating the Sextet for making it to the finals in Lagos, the IMC emphasized that all of June 2nd, 2023 is reserved for series of Technical Meetings and Consultations with the arbiters, host FA and team officials.
The qualified teams are from Group A; Bendel Insurance (34 points), Remo Stars (33 points) and Enyimba of Aba (32 points). From Group B are the trio of reigning NPFL Champions, Rivers United (34 points), Lobi Stars (30 points) and Sunshine Stars whose tally of 27 points is the lowest.
All matches are to be played at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena (MJA), formerly Onikan Stadium in Lagos, between June 3rd and 11th, 2023.
