Niger state commissioner for youth and sports development, Honourable Emmanuel Umar is optimistic that, promotion chasing Niger Tornadoes Fc of Minna will pick up one of the available tickets for the next NPFL season.

The soft spoken commissioner stated that the state governor has deep interest in the darling team of the Niger state people.
"NPFL is our birthright, we belong to the elite league and so we are getting ready to return to where we belong".
Honourable Umar also described the feelings at the team's camp as encouraging.
"We are all excited for this, we have toiled all season and this is the time for God to crown our efforts".
The boys from the Niger will go against familiar foes like DMD, Gombe United and El-Kanemi warriors when the super 8, hostilities begins in Enugu
