Former highest goal scorer of Akwa United, Ndifreke Effiong is making a third missionary journey back to Akwa United.

Recall that he left for proverbial golden fleece on two occasions but each time, the deal is always shaky and he will be back to a familiar ground, which is the promise keeper. Interestingly, they always keep the promise of receiving the former U23 goalpoacher back to Akwa United.
