Smart City FC of Lagos Captain, Afeez Babatunde has signed a two-year deal with the Solid Miners ahead of the new football season that is imminent.
The modern right full back was simply a delight to watch during the Ottassolo Pre-Season Tournament held in Lagos, where young Afeez Babatunde proved to be a player that is ready for Nigeria top flight league, following an impressive performance against NPFL sides like Remo stars, Sunshine Stars and MFM of Lagos.
No gain saying, the young player will be a player to watch out for in the colour of Nasarawa United when the season gets underway.
Can Afeez convince coach Bala Nkiyu and break into the staring XI when the season commences? He will face a strong competition against highly experienced player like Osas Okoro, who is also on the payroll of Nasarawa State outfit.
