Kano Pillars has finally lost eight first team players, following the major reason of not getting continental ticket and lack of motivation. The likes of Chris Madaki, Cameroonian International Ngweni Ndasi, Suraju Ayeleso, Auwulu Ali Aka Mallam, Nwagua Nyima, Victor Dennis and host of others.

Plateau United benefited from the mass exit, having lured two of the players, Suraju Ayeleso and Victor Dennis while Rivers United is not left out in signing Pillars players as Nyima and Auwulu are presently in the payroll of the pride of Rivers.

Can this be counter productive, ahead of Kano Pillars dream of returning back to continental in the coming season?

Time will tell!
