Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has expressed gratitude to club and team mates over the first half of the Turkish league season. The Nigerian defender took to his social media page to acknowledge his journey, attributing his success to the grace of the Almighty while relishing the significant playing time he has had with Kasimpasa.
"As the first half of the season wraps up, I just want to appreciate Almighty God for how far He has brought me," Omeruo stated. "I am grateful for the amount of playing time I am getting with Kasimpasa, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my amazing family, teammates, and my fans for their unwavering support."
The seasoned defender, who has been a pivotal figure in Kasimpasa's campaign, expressed joy and satisfaction with his current role within the team. His consistent performances have not only contributed to the team's successes but have also bolstered his personal growth as a player.

Omeruo was part of the 2013 AFCON winning team, as he marshalled the Super Eagles defence to victory in South Africa. The AFCON is set to kick on the 13th of January, and will continue till February 11th, 2024.
