Nigerian forward, Kelechi Iheanacho scored a goal and made two assists in a Nine goal thriller.
The Nigerian International was outstanding in his side's match against Manchester City in the boxing day fixture on Saturday.
Though for Leicester City it was a defeat away from their home, but Iheanacho was able to register his second goal and third assists in 13 appearances for Leicester Premier League, this season.
A goal by Maddison from a brilliant pass made by Iheanacho, made the first goal for the Foxes at the 55 minute of play.
The second goal was in the 59th minute, after Iheanacho played in Lookman to slot home, to make it 4-2.
Kelechi made it 4-3 at 66 minute with a bounced off of a long range assist from Maddison’s shot.
Goals were creeping in for the Sky Blues, even as Aymeric Laporte in the 69 minute, made a header goal, bringing the scoreline to 5-3.
Three minutes to the end of the match, Raheem Sterling put his name on the score sheet to end the game 6-3 at Etihad.
With Iheanacho's performance, a fierce warning has been made to other African teams, ahead of the AFCON 2021.
