Technical Adviser of Rangers International of Enugu, Fidelis Ilechukwu has attributed his team's goalless draw, to a defense masterclass, put up by Katsina United, in their Day-8 fixture, played in Awka, on Sunday.
Until then, the Flying Antelopes held the record of being the only side to have scored in all games, in the 2023/24 NPFL Season.
According to Ilechukwu, lessons have been learnt in the game, and the areas to be improved on before the next fixture, in Umuahia against Abia Warriors.
"As you can see, they came here with a very good plan to defend, and they succeeded in doing do for 90 minutes. It was left to us to break the defense, but we failed. It's something we will have to work on before our next match. Meanwhile, we can take the clean sheet we kept as an encouragement", the gaffer said.
