Wikki Tourists head coach, Abdullahi Adamu has declared his readiness to build a formidable team ahead of the forthcoming NPFL season during an exclusive interview with www.ckdmedia.ng


The former Green Berets FC gaffer took over the reign at Wikki on a rescue mission sequel to the resignation of coach Sherif Abdallah owing to poor run of results.


According to the young and tactical coach


"Yes, it was a very tough season but the most important thing is that we were able to achieve our target which was to rescue the team from relegation.

The former Katsina United assistant coach also said,

The Bauchi born coach who hailed from Burra, Ningi Local government area of Bauchi State went further to appreciate the effort of the state government, management and the teeming fans of Wikki Tourists for their support and trust when the going was tough during the just concluded season

Coach Abdullah's Wikki Tourists finished the season 15th on the league table following a convincing 2 - 0 victory over Adamawa United on the final day of the league.
