Emmanuel Umar, Niger state youth and sports development commissioner has hailed Niger Tornadoes for booking promotion to the NPFL.
"I congratulate the team for returning back to the NPFL, this was what we aimed for and it came under this regime".
Umar who was described as one of the most honest man around by the chairman of Niger Tornadoes told www.ckdmedia.ng that the whole city is agog for the promotion celebration.
"I am happy and elated that the efforts of the Niger states government has paid off".
He said all hands should be on deck to ensure Niger Tornadoes stay up in the NPFL next season.
"The team will enjoy more government support and we work hard to sustain the team at the top".
