Former Abia Warriors striker, Valentine Odoh has joined Egyptian top flight team, Haras El Hodoud, on a permanent deal.
Odoh who had an impressive debut season, in the Nigeria Professional Football League last season, signed a two-and-a-half years contract with the Egytian Premier League outfit.
The striker jumped ship, after he caught the attention of Coach Salisu Yusuf, who rewarded his hard work, while at Abia Warriors, with a well deserved invition to the CHAN Eagles, for Nigeria's double header, a qualifying tie against the Black Galaxies of Ghana.
Prior to that, the Abuja-based striker was given his debut season in the NPFL by coach Imama Amapakabo last season.
Details of the deal with Haras El Hodoud, are still sketchy, but we can confirm that all parties involved; the player, his representative are all pleased with the deal, which opens a new vista of opportunities for the youngster to showcase his talents, at a bigger stage.
Haras El Hodoud SC based in Alexandria, is currently languish in the 17th position of the eighteen team of Egyptian Premier League with 10 points and a goal difference of minus seven, after 12 rounds of matches.
