Former Gombe United’s player was the Saviour of Kwara United, as he scored the late goal that gave Kwara United the much needed result ahead of the second leg in Morroco.
It was a match where both teams showed class, but the hosts were better in the second half, as two goals in the second half was what Coach Azeez boys needed to send signal of playing in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Barnabas Daniel was the Super sub as his goal sent the fans into fits of hysteria. The match ended 3-1 in favour of Kwara United.
