Former Nigeria U17 World Cup goalkeeper, Akpan Bassey has signed the dotted lines with the four time NPFL winners, Kano Pillars.
Bassey penned down a two-year deal after both parties have agreed on personal terms
Highly experienced Bassey was part of the historic Akwa United team that won the NPFL title for the first time last season.
The Chan Super Eagles goalkeeper had a short stint in Vietnam with Hoà ng Anh Gia Lai FC.
Having completed the transfer process, Akpan Bassey has now joined the likes of Godpower Aniefiok, Stephen Eze, Emeka Onyema as new set of experience players on the card of Kano Pillars ahead of Nigeria new football season.
